A custom home, a cabin, a barndominium, or site preparation all start the same way: a call, a text, or the form above. Keith Rollins owns the company, holds NC General Contractor License #106234, and answers Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm.
It helps to tell us where the lot is, whether you already own it, and what you want to build. A sketch or a plain description of how you live is enough. Photos of the land, any survey or plat, and roughly when you hope to start help too. If the job is several houses or a neighborhood, say so in the message.
After you reach out, the next step is usually a visit to the land. Keith walks the lot with you, looks at the slope, the access and where water runs, and talks through the plan and the budget. You find out what the site needs before anything is priced.
