What we collect

If you use the consultation form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email, how you prefer to be contacted (call, text, or email), whether you agree to text messages, project location and type, whether you own land, your timeline, and your message. If you check the text-message box, we also store the consent wording and the time you agreed. We also store the page you sent the form from. If you email or call us, we keep what you send so we can reply. We use Google Analytics 4 to collect basic visit data, described below.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, to discuss your project and to price it, and to run and improve the site. We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing messages.

Text messages

If you check the text-message box on the consultation form, you agree to receive text messages from Rollins Construction Inc. at the number you provide about your consultation request, scheduling, and project updates. The form saves that choice, the wording you agreed to, and the time you agreed. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or call 828-557-0952. Consent is not a condition of requesting a consultation or of hiring us. We do not send marketing texts. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

The box is not checked for you. You need to check it only if you ask us to text you. You can still request a consultation by choosing a call or an email.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4, a service from Google, to understand how people use this site so we can improve it. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the links and buttons you click (including phone and email links and form submissions), the site that referred you, your browser and device type, screen size, and your approximate location (city or region) based on your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. We do not use Google Analytics to collect your name, phone number, or email address, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

Lovable hosts the site and stores consultation requests. Consultation notifications are sent from the connected Gmail account. Google Analytics, as described above. The service areas page embeds a Google map of Cherokee, Clay, Graham, and Macon counties. Loading that map sends Google the usual request your browser makes to display it.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser, usually named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID. They tell one visit from another and can last up to two years. We keep Google Analytics data for 14 months, after which it is deleted. The site does not use advertising or social media cookies.

How to opt out

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or browse in private mode. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies does not stop you from calling us, emailing us, or sending the consultation form.

How long we keep information

We keep form and message information as long as we need it to respond and for our business records, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices and deletion requests

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy and contact
