Cabin & Chalet Builder
Most of the homes we build are cabins and chalet-style houses. A cabin tucked into a wooded lot and a chalet set to face a view can need very different foundations, so each one is fitted to its site.

A barndominium can be a full-time home, a shop with living space or a garage with an apartment above. Wide doors need a level approach, so the pad and drive are planned with the building.

For a small neighborhood or several homes on related lots. The clearing, roads and pads are planned together with the houses, and each home is still fitted to its own lot.

Shaping the ground a building sits on: the house pad, the dig for the foundation and grading that moves water away from the home.

Meet and walk the land
We sit down to talk through the house you want, then walk the lot together.

Plan, price and permit
The plan is fitted to your land, you get a written contract, and we file for county permits.

Build and walk through
Site work, then the house, with updates at each stage until we walk the finished home with you.
