From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. Initial Consultation
After scheduling an in-person meeting, we will meet with you to explore thoughts and ideas concerning your new build. We usually take this time to generate a floor plan, discuss needs and set a budget.
Contract Signing
We take this time to go over contract details, make any last minute changes if needed and let you know what to expect during the building process.
Under Construction
During this time, we will keep you up to date on all areas of the project. From excavation to the final touches, we are informative and upfront.
Finalize Plans and Securing a Homesite
After our initial consultation, we then evaluate your homesite and finalize the details of your floor plan. If you do not have a homesite already, we will assist you in purchasing one that will fit the needs of your new home.
Starting Project
Permits are in place and your new home is on its way. We begin to break ground as you watch your project come to life!
Your Home Is Ready.
We will perform a final walk-through at this stage and make sure your home is everything you expected and more!
