Every home we build is custom designed. There is no catalog of stock plans. Most of the houses are cabins and chalet-style homes, and we also build barndominiums and post-frame buildings. Bring a sketch, or only a description of how you live. The lot still gets the last word.

Custom designed means we do not hand you a finished plan and call it yours. A view, a wet draw, or a steep drive can move a room, an entry, or the whole footprint.
That work is custom home building, from the first meeting in the building process.
A cabin and a chalet can both be right for western North Carolina and still want different roofs, different entries, and different pads. We start from the style you like and redraw it for the land.
